Spread over seven weeks, this series of 1-hour sessions helps you build a successful recognition program from the foundation..

Optional assignments between sessions give you the opportunity to apply the course content to your program's development.  You will be able to submit your analysis of your organization's current recognition climate, your assessment of available resources and manager readiness for feedback. Your work on an implementation plan will help you prepare your program for rollout.

"I have found the seminars enlightening and eye-opening (some comments stand out in particular) and appreciate the opportunity to participate. By the way, just in case I haven’t said it enough, I truly appreciate the feedback that you’re providing on the assignments." Participant Spring 2006 Series
